Holcim – Lighter Construction
Holcim was using a 2-ply 90+90g/m2 construction for their 50kg cement sack market.
"Their objective was to achieve a “lighter” construction without affecting the strength and filling processes".
Billerud Sack Lab accepted the challenge and analysed the packaging performance of the current sack and recommended a new sack construction with high quality sack papers from Billerud.
