Consumer packaging for perfume, converted and printed on Billerud White 270 gsm.
A lightweight pack with a clean, fresh appearance. Billerud White is an exclusive, high-white cartonboard that combines strength, formability and an excellent printing surface.
Design
An interesting shape. The packaging is a three-piece design. Base and cover, plus an interior reinforcement for stability and protection of the content. The hexagonal shape adds to the stability and sense of grip stiffness.
The tough material can be run in a sequence of post-treatment processes without compromising its appearance or performance.
Print
Triple coating provides an extremely smooth and white printing surface. This is perfect for print with high demands on colour reproduction, detail, contrast, and a calm impression. PMS 2232, in a gradient, is the single ink used. Text and graphics are rendered in gold foil.
Lightweighting
Because the board is strong and tough you can choose a lower grammage without jeopardizing the packaging performance. No risk for over-grammaging or over-packaging. The lower grammage of Billerud White offers the protection, the stiffness and stability, and the endurance of a heavier, other board.
