Increased number of shares and votes in BillerudKorsnäs

The number of shares and votes in BillerudKorsnäs Aktiebolag (publ) has during July increased with 41,391,588 due to the rights issue resolved upon by the Board of Directors on 25 May 2022 with authorisation from the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2022.

As of today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 249,611,422 shares and votes in the company. BillerudKorsnäs holds 1,261,891 shares in treasury.
